Level Five Lutran Gift

Description

This Gift can only be used next to a river, or by the sea. The Lutran must sing a song to Manannan, which takes about twenty minutes, and spend a point each of Gnosis and Rage. The Lutran then rolls Cha+Occult, diff 8. A single success will bring Manannan to the Lutran. More successes simply bring him more quickly.
